Loffty Assessment
Your team members are invited to complete an in-depth wellbeing check-in that looks at over 30 areas of mental health—including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, addictions, and more. It also includes important topics like burnout, stress, bullying, purpose, sleep, nutrition and exercise and overall wellbeing—because every part of their experience matters.
Loffty Insights
Loffty gives your team helpful personal insights they can keep private, while offering people leaders a big-picture, anonymous view of workplace wellbeing. You’ll be able to identify sources of workplace stress, know where to focus support and how to take meaningful action that promotes greater health, happiness and productivity.

Firstly, Loffty is not a psychometric test. A psychometric test is not a clinical evaluation for mental health purposes, but rather a tool often used by recruitment firms or HR departments to assess a person’s suitability to a particular job profile. Loffty is not a computer-generated “Personality Profile.” Loffty is a mental health and wellbeing platform that asks your employees or members questions about their mental health and wellbeing in a highly confidential way. Only your employees or members will have access to their personal assessment report. Your organisation can choose to access high-level aggregated data to help it better understand the wellbeing needs of employees or members as a group. Loffty provides your organisation with actionable insights and access to workplace mental health and wellbeing solution providers.
Mental health issues are prevalent across all business sectors and in all types of organisations. Loffty is particularly suited to organisations with 50 or more employees and member-based industry associations.
Yes, your employees' or members' Loffty reports are 100% confidential. If they choose to share their Loffty report with any solution providers on the Loffty platform, they can rest assured that those providers are independent of Loffty. Based on industry feedback, we know this makes a huge difference to our users' comfort levels around confidentiality.
Loffty was originally conceived in 2003 by Dr John Clarkson, a New Zealand-born, Australian-based doctor and has been further developed over the years by an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals in Australia and the USA.
Your employees or members will access Loffty through links on your organisation’s wellbeing intranet pages or directly online at Loffty.com. Either way, the process is simply a matter of a few clicks and they will get access to the Loffty platform on a completely confidential basis.
No, the Loffty Workplace platform is completely voluntary for your employees to use. They can use the platform as often as they like, or not at all, and they are not told they must use it regularly as is the case with most employee engagement solutions. Loffty Workplace is designed so that your employees get great value from it whether or not they feel they have any mental health challenges.
